Precisely...

An in-depth look into one of the definitive neural science books, Principles of Neural Science, by Kandel and Schwartz will tell you that while in structure we know a lot - we really know almost nothing regarding function.

From the ion movements throught K+ channels and the polar aspects of dendrites, the impulses are so fast and complex that they can only outline the basics of synaptic function.

Again, these ion impulses are really composed of intricate energy matrixes with countless wave forms and specific frequencies. These are where thought truly could be identified - and which we are truly not in any position to identify.

I would not trust the good doctor's machine for thwarting terror further than I could throw it.
