Blah blah blah. Something valuable? Like what? This is Mars, the value will be scientific and cultural. You wan't large deposits of valuble heavy metals, go to Mercury.

Besides, anyone who goes with no guarantee or framework for keeping what they intend to exploit deserves what they get.
