Gee, what a surprise
As someone who witnessed the NASA glory days when projects met deadlines and exceeded expectations, it's sad to witness an all too familiar pattern of continual delays and dissapointments. I guess that I expect way too much for > $14,000,000,000 a year. Silly me.
