Any Idea what they we're launching? Is Iraq still there?

The blue glow is really cool. I wonder if it's an ionization glow or some kind of scattering from the byproudcts of the rocket's chemical reaction.

Anyone know the unclassified info on this type of Minuteman (III?)?
