Isn't it the story of a spacecraft visiting a neutron star that is inhabited by creatures who'se timeframe is much much faster than ours? Those creatures evolve because of the star (the spacecraft) they can see in the sky and finally reach such an evolution they can manage to communicate with the earthlings.
