Subject: Ready for a Condo in Space?

From: Dirk Young <dirk@magnumfinancial.com>
Organization: Magnum Financial Group

At 3:00 PM (PDT) on Saturday, September 28, The Discovery Travel Channel will air a 1-hour documentary on a new cruiseship called the Residence Sea. (Please verify the time and date in your area, or go to this link for more info.

The uniquely designed ship is the world’s first floating condominium/resort. Individuals can actually buy cabins of various sizes onboard and reside on the ship for months at a time as it visits all the oceans of the Earth.

At the end of the show the producers describe a company which is the logical extension of the ship’s market. That company, called the Space Island Group, is one of Magnum Financial’s newest and most exciting
clients.

Their ambitious goal is to build, before the end of this decade, huge, wheel-shaped space stations and commercial spaceplanes similar to those depicted in the 1968 film '2001: A Space Odyssey.' The stations will each hold 500 people under conditions similar to those seen on the Residence Sea cruiseship. The producers of the Discovery Travel Channel are in discussions with the Space Island Group about a separate documentary on their effort.

Magnum is helping the Space Island Group develop their early financing. We thought you might be interested in learning more about this historic company before their international publicity breaks this winter.

Their website details their project, or please contact Magnum Financial if you would like further information.
