This doesn't mean these chips can convert 70% of waste heat into electrical energy. If it could that would "change everything".
I wouldn't say that this article was completely untrue, but it's got a lot of hype & is attempting to say something which not completely false. I say it's attempting to skate near the edge, but seems to me like it's pretty wet.
Reminds me of Mark's *style* of writing:)
