Foton M failure
A Soyuz rocket exploded and this might mean delaying the next Soyuz TMA flight; very annoying as it's the second flight of a Belgian and I took 10 days of vacation to follow it. On the other hand, the Soyuz is absolutely needed on the ISS, to replace the aging one.
