What we can expect to hear
We will learn that the surface of Mars is as dry as expected, no evidence of active volcanism or hydrothermal activity has been found, and that we still don't know it there is liquid water under the surface. We will still not have found any carbonates or evaporites. We will learn that wind has been the major force affecting martian geology for the past three billion years.
