It's a lens flare.
It happens when the sun is up front (above the frame).
When Shepard and Mitchell tried to reach Cone crater on A14, the TV camera was more or less also pointed towards the direction of the Sun. We were treated with lens flares for hours and hours, without astronauts to see. Very boring!
