Project Yehudi
I saw a special on the History Channel or some such on the use of bright lights to make a daylight aircraft, or other vehicles, invisible against the sky or horizon. The technique was part of a "Project Yehudi," which name I couldn't remember and took me fifteen whole minutes to track down on the Web. It was amazingly effective.
