Okay, I'm stumped...
I'm no expert, but I fail to see how film speeds have any possible analogue to a digital optical chip. How do you adjust the "sensitivity" of a chip in the same way that film formulas and grain sizes are adjusted? Why would a chip have anything that resembles the physical tradeoff in film between speed and resolution? Resolution and picture storage size, yes.
