ProSEDS electrodynamic tether propulsion experiment delayed
<ProSEDS was originally scheduled for launch in June 2002, but was tentatively re-scheduled for November 14, 2002 due to the lack of a Delta rocket to carry it. However according to the Kennedy Space Center Integrated Launch Schedule the ProSEDS launch date has slipped again, now with a very indeterminate launch sometime in the 1st quarter of 2003.
On the upside, they have found a Delta 7925-9.5 rocket to launch it, and named Cape Canaveral Air Force Station pad no. 17-B as the launch point.
