<The extreme enviromentists seem to think global CO2 levels will continue to rise, if this is true that perhaps the Sahara desert will "naturally" become more greener. Or perhaps plans could include inceasing CO2 level in locally.
It's obvious that CO2 levels ARE rising from measurement of CO2 in the *&^%$#@! atmosphere. Whether or not this has a negative feedback from greening the Sahara is inconsequential.
