Interesting. Wonder how much real info the enhancement techniques have produced? It should be possible to figure out exactly what position (orbital and rotational) Titan was in when the Hubble photo was taken. Maybe it could be arranged to repeat the experiment when Titan is in a similar position in, so more accurate comparison of features can be made.
There may be other astronomical bodies where identical shots can be made and test comparisons can be drawn. Mercury? Mars? Moons of Jupiter?
