Sky and Space congress in Paris, last week-end

Last week-end, I went to Paris for 3 days (BTW, on my way to the train station, I saw ISS with Frank De Winne still inside!) and met lots of friends, made new ones and it was one conference after the other (too often overlapping..hard choice) And I bought a meteorite, for once.
Raymond Rouméas who works for ESA at ESTEC confirmed that the Mars Express Beagle2 parachute had to be replaced but he also said tests of the airbags have been very worrysome as they have exploded. It isn't at all certain Beagle2 can make it to Mars for 2003.
