Homepage at http://www.euromars.org/
you can downoad an 14 page pdf file (http://www.marssociety.org.uk/Downloads/pdf/euro-mars-europe.pdf )detailing the plans for improving this station over previous ones including improvements like a third deck and science advisory panel.
This hab has been on display at Adler Planetarium and the previous one at Kennedy. I'm sure BD would like to comment on the respectable places his work has been put on public display.
