The worlds second largest country, soon to be second largest beach front resort! Buy it now on the cheap while its a frozen tundra, and more than recoup the cost when 2100 roles around!

Just think, with global warming people could actually live up there! Don't forget about Antarctica either. An entirely new continet to in habit!
