Space bricks
once the current ISS is complete in any shape or form would we still construct things in modules.
i was thinking why not like thouse expanding balls/stars in toysRus we dont expand a gridwork then move panels into the holes to make it solid. what are the pro's and cons of doing this say with an intenal robort arm??? i would think very large objects could be constructed this way. the other advantage the panels would become like bricks and as such any shape is possible.
I know the inflatable constructions are on the table but would this offer more advanages or not any few points welcome.
