Yeah, but...
"The contract awarded to Thiokol covers the expense of the rocket propellant and the labor and shipping costs required to turn around the segments for flight."
Do they "really" refurbish the old shells, or just quietly junk them and substitute 100% new and clean parts that are easier to handle?
