Hi!
Friday, I went to Sint-Truiden in Limburg, Frank's hometown where a great evening took place.
Hundreds of local officials, journalists, scientists and spacenuts where there for the opening of a space exposition. The Omega Moon Rover was there, a Neil Armstrong Spacesuit and especially a moonrock brought back by Jack (his name was written Smith instead of Schmitt, but...well..).
Then came Frank and Dirk Frimout our two spacemen with lots of speeches and applauds.
There were many who'm I've seen before, like mr Bertels from ARISS who's responsible in Europe for the radio ham contacts with ISS.
Later, we all crossed the city hall to go to the Academy amphitheatre where a former Radio-TV journalist interviewed our two heroes about their various experiences.
It was a great evening! And later on, there was a large Police escort for the priceless Moonrock!
