Be aware that this program has had ambitious plans shot down at least twice in the past, mostly because the manned Mars branch of the program is considered unsustainable in Europe as both science & technology. Aurora is currently running on a four-year survival program (a few mEuro per year) with no good prospects of a significant improvement in funding when the current cycle ends - but this unfunded status apparently isn't enough to stop press releases like this going out....
