The FL. attorney's lawsuit jeopardized the parents' & (cloned?) kid's anonymity, forcing a silent response...
Sometimes when folks are sued and they don't show up on their day in court, a default judgment is issued against them. It would SEEM that the Florida attorney's having recently sued the parents for state custody of the purportedly cloned kid forced them to either identify themselves or remain anonymous for a LONG time.
Anti-clone activists may engage in this sort of lawsuit behavior world-wide, thereby jeopardizing parents' and children's right to privacy. Hopefully Clonaid, if it's got any authenticity to it, can figure out a way through this legal minefield. It's not impossible, just challenging.
