It was one of the best Space Publications ever put out into the marketplace. Better than Space News by a factor of twenty - because it appealed to everyone with interests in space. It is this sort of publication the industry needs to revive and support - a newsstand space mag that keeps the excitement going.

Yes, Mary Anne this is sort of a "Alas' I knew him when" post...but I think it is the dryness and industry focus of today's space sites and publications (like who in the general public is going to subscribe to Space News or AVWeek?) which don't really do the industry a lot of good on the PR-Financing front.
