Well, space.com is a serious, recognized, respected space and astronomy website. It's refered to in other serious science magazines, perhaps also in serious science TV programs.
Zeta-whateveritis is definitely not recognized by the scientific community; even the name has some kind of bizarre signification like zeta reticuli, a star.
The question is: what matters most to an individual in order to grow up: listen to teachers, scientists, serious journalists who are able to produce arguments as to how the world is and other aspects of who, where, what we are (and have proved it was all valid)? ...Or listen to men who have no serious scientific background but have the wildest theories? And listen JUST BECAUSE their theories are so wild?
