I’m betting that some multiple star systems will have one or more habitable planet. Any life that evolves intelligence around one may have more incentive to become space faring if the other star(s) in the multiple star systems have habitable planets. This race my be more driven to terraforming if the target world was close to be habitable, but needed a nudge, say change the atmosphere slightly. This could put them on the path to terraforming more challenging worlds.

In our own backyard, we have the Alpha Centauri system. This system has two Sun-like stars and could have planets with stable orbits out to 2 AU’s.
