AAS Turnaround
One of the big selling features of our AAS concept was the Titan II's storable propellant. Designed as an ICBM, but used later to launch manned Geminis, the Titan II could be fueled (with the same horrible toxic propellants typical of storables) and left standing for months.
If fueled and kept at an isolated launch pad, it should be theoretically launchable as fast as you can get cargo on board and pipe a rendezvous solution into the avionics. The limiting time factor is launch windows. How often does an ISS window open up on the Eastern Test Range?
