Funding a new shuttle is easy. Sell Nascar like advertising.(Remember Tang) Viagara wants to paint the main rocket blue. Ask Bob Dole. Car companies, freight companies and those who manufacture shuttle components would pay millions to have their name displayed on the shuttle.
