Re: Canada currently top contender for fusion reactor site

Clarington, Canada is currently the best location in the world for the new Fusion Reactor, as we have a local source of deuterium & tritium, via the operation of the CANDU heavy water reactors in Pickering and on the Bruce Penninsula. We also have the megalopolis of the Golden Horseshoe, with international airports, the 400, 401, 407, and 427 expressways running east-west and north-south. We also have a huge industrial base in Toronto and Mississauga and the GTA just west of Clarington, with lots of skilled workers. On top of that we have several of Canada's major universities located in the vicinity with top experts in numerous fields, and lots of gifted students to fill entry-level positions.
