Pan-STARRS Cost 40 to 50 million, Outlook Alex?

Not so far off after all. Missed some info due to crapy web page layout. 3.6 million has been awarded for design, but it doesn't sound like the rest of the funds are commited this or LSST. Is only one likely to be fully funded? This site also seems to be confused as to whether DMS and LSST ar the same thing while the LSST site is clearly promoting it as a DMS.
