EE16's impact risk is 1/3 of the background risk with the most likely potential impact in 2008 rating a 1 on the Torino scale and 2 others (2020 & 2027) out of 203 potential impacts rating 1's on the Torino scale.
EG16 is bigger but less likely to hit. It still rates a higher risk on the Palermo scale than the long standing Torino scale 1 rated 1997XR2.
