Technically, DQ is a joke - outrageously over-complicated for its planned Fleximission (ie, less than NASA Discovery) budget, it can only have been shortlisted as a sop to the Italian NEO community - it doesn't make any sense otherwise. Apart from Earthguard-1 (which will probably fly as a secondary instrument on either BepiColombo or Solar Orbiter) none of these concepts are likely to fly, though - which will definitely be a pity in the case of SIMONE (or its Danish counterpart, Berring).
