I would like to read the article...for some reason the APL consistantly crashes my puter at work...<we have a subscription>
from what I read experiments like these are VERY prone to experimental error.... for now I will assume these guys are pros
if it is true then it is interesting- gonna pull out my trusty copy of Jackson's E&M and read a bit....
