Humble Space Telescope
An article in an alumni newsletter led me to look up a little more about an interesting project from my alma mater. Scheduled for launch this month!
Canada's first space telescope won't be nearly as big as the United States' giant Hubble Space Telescope — and that's why it's been nicknamed the "humble." But it may be able to achieve something the Hubble can't: record for the first time light coming from a planet that exists outside our solar system.
