With 10 million Humans packed in a 1 km cube, the ejaculate is a non-trivial reaction mass, expecially if passed through expansion nozzles (providing that they are Teflon coated or otherwise anti-clog...)
Does this mean that SM favours a largely Male crew, in case of emergency? (Like when you go camping - the blokes can always put the campfire out, but the sheilas can't...)
