I've been predicting this...
...from day one. Mr. Pillinger has been very secretive about just how much money he's actually raised. I've been amazed that he's gotten this far and I have to give him credit for that. But it seems to me to be a pretty risky venture to be two months away from launch and no guarantee of funds to operate the mission.
We shall see.
