Soyuz lift off
<Soyuz TM2 is due to leave Earth on saturday at 3:54 am GMT (shouldn't it be UT instead?) (or friday night for most of you).
Every time the Russians proceed with a manned launch, they go through a ritual that has started with Gagarin's flight! Superstition makes them repeat all the same moves yuri made in 1961.
Frank De Winne has written a book and there's a chapter devoted to those rituals; more on them, later.
