Japan's $86 million Nozomi Mars mission: permanently unable to transmit?
Is Japan's $86 million dollar Nozomi Mars satellite really unable to communicate now, and permanently so? I wasn't able to CONVENIENTLY find the most up-to-date info within the Japanese space programs' various websites which are all linked from here:
