Even you have to admit.....
...although you want to hold out for something more exotic, that it is probably a crater. Certainly, it may have had an exotic history, buried in the layers then exposed again possibly but it's probably just a crater.
Theres even another, smaller and less impressive 'crater' lower in the strip just below the double ridge (slanted structure 3/5ths of the way down the strip).
