The Sun and the other "astres"
Well, after a Mercury transit last week,
On friday morning morning, there's a Lunar eclipse followed, half an orbit later, by an annular eclipse!
Those living in Iceland could witness all three events!
A planetary alignment between the Sun Mercury and the Earth.
Then an alignment between the Sun, the Earth and the Moon.
Then an alignment between the Sun, the Moon and the Earth.
I'm saying "astres" as it's more appropriate : an astre in french is as well a star as a planet, a moon, the sun, etc... And here, we have a star, two planets and our moon.
