Moon eclipse
Hi there,
Woke up at 3:00 am, saw it was clear, rushed to the observatory (easy with no traffic), arrived just on time to see ISS passing over.
Then the Moon started to get eaten up by the shadow.
At 4:11, a magnitude -7 Iridium flare, huge!
The Moon gets smore and more oddly shaped.
But the daylight appears too.
Near the telescopes's cuppola, we see ISS passing again at 05:03 am.
But the Moon has just a sliver left.
At 5:15 am it's totally invisible as well to the naked eye as through binoculars or theough the main telescope.
At 5:20, I'm driving back home to get 1 more hour of sleep.
We were lucky with the wheather but the daylight spoiled it before Moonset.
