Jacques Rogge
<acques Rogge succeeds Juan Antonio Samaranch at the head of the IOC. He's Belgian and as many of his countrymates, knows several languages and knows how to deal with various cultures, viewpoints, ideas and bring them together at the same table and compromise (this is why Belgium with its 2 cultures is not like Northern Ireland). Needless to say, Belgium is very happy and proud of his nomination.
