No, I hadn't heard of Nancy Ann Luft.
And yes, she sounds certifiably mentally ill.
In one statement she says the Sputnik forces are making her ill, another is that these very same forces are able to give predictions to Jeanne Dixon and other psychics to find dead and missing bodies for the police. Wow....now THAT"S technology!
