I agree Buck. Any excuse to reduce arsenals down to minimum competitive levels makes the world safer. It's actually old Russian U235 that makes its way into radical hands that I fear more than the Russian arsenal. As long as China or someone does not build up an offensive arsenal, I'd like to see a reduction in our arsenal. Maybe use the uranium in new nuclear power plants both here and in space powering VASIMR drive spacecraft.
