By the standards of normal behavior, anyone who would commit
premeditated murder could be considered insane. Just for the sake of discussion, isn't even a professional hit man a sociopath or psychopath? If anyone who murders is therefore insane, than it really isn't their fault, is it? Perhaps that's where this whole thing is going - they're setting him up for an insanity plea. I wonder if people like Katie Couric will be willing to set up a defense fund for this guy?
