What happened to all those skymarshals?
I'm old enough to remember when
President Nixon ordered "skymarshals"
to fly on commercial flights after
a rash of hijackings in 1969-1970.
It was a sensible idea put into effect
back then.
What happened?
What with the growing numbers of "air rage" incidents in recent years
I figured that "skymarshals" would
be flying again to deal not only
with "air rage" incidents, but to prevent the horror like what happened
Tuesday.
