I think one way to help reduce these people is to identify when a group or person that is a huge recipient of the West's affluence. Osama, or the "anrchists" who recently have plagued conferences of elected leaders are good examples of this. When they make it clear that the system which supports their wealth and ability to act destructively manifests itself, we should deprive them of the benefits of that system. In other words, the "anarchists" wish to deprive the people of the West Free Trade, Freedom of movement, Freedom of Speech and the right to vote freely.
We should deprive them of their computers, their passports, the cheap consumer goods they so hate and easy access to their money.
The next Osama who shows up, rich off the West, we immediately let him like the Middle ages cleric he deludes himself into thinking he is.
Keep him off jets, radio, TV, internet.
These are all evils of the West, afterall.
We can do this. when these creeps first show up, strip them of the things they claim they hate.
Osama having to sail a dow from Saudi to to Pakistan and then caravan into Afghanastan would be entirely different from a jet setting 007 bad guy with all the cool gadgets hiding in his bunkers.
These sociopaths don't really want that, of course.
They want the trappings of the Western Civilization; they just dn't want US to have them.
They don't want to actually work for these things; they just want to take them from us.
we must change the rules.
