Then again, would Afghanistan be able to prepare for a concentrated assault in the time it takes for our bombers and fighters to get in place? I think it could incite a little panic on the ground, possibly even get the Afghanis to deliver us a little "people-package" in the form of bin Laden, before they lose what little happiness they now have.
