A few months ago, Barak and Arafat were at Camp David and President Clinton tried to have them come to an agreement. The most important issue was Eastern Jerusalem, and more precisely the El Aksa Mosque.
It's the third most sacred Islamic Temple in the world.
I just cannot understand why Israel is unable to let the Palestinians exerce sovereignity on their Mosque.
This is possibly the most important point of contention, a religious contention.
