The following paragraph lifted from the "Guardian" article was clearly intended to provide justification for Bin Laden's action. This "justification" would place blame upon the Americans for provoking Bin Laden and ignores the fact that Bin Laden's terrorist action probably took years to prepare for. I see this as a clear example of yellow journalism.

"...serious nature of what they were told
raises the possibility that Bin Laden, far from launching the attacks on the World
Trade Centre in New York and the Pentagon out of the blue 10 days ago, was
launching a pre-emptive strike in response to what he saw as US threats."
